“Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.”
Albert Einstein
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our 2-hour sound bath experience begin with grounding and breathwork (approx. 15 minutes) to help you settle into the present moment and connect with your body. This is followed by a 60-minute immersive sound session, where healing frequencies from instruments like gongs, healing bowls and chimes wash over you, creating a meditative and restorative space. We close with gentle time to return from the sound journey, integrating the experience with calm and care.
WHAT TO BRING
- A yoga mat or foam mattress
- A pillow and blanket
- Warm socks
- I recommend wearing loose bright, natural fabrics—everything vibrates, and we want to surround ourselves with the highest frequencies.
- An open heart, a quiet mind, and a willingness to receive
BEFORE SOUNDBATH
- Hydrate well before the session—water supports energetic flow.
- Avoid substances that alter consciousness (coffee, alcohol, cigarettes) for at least a few hours before.
- Do not eat for 2 hours prior, and be mindful of your food choices —remember, food carries frequency too.
AFTER SOUNDBATH
Give yourself time to rest and reflect. Drink plenty of water, spend time in nature if possible, and avoid overstimulation. Journaling or gentle movement like stretching or walking can help integrate the experience.
